As the drying time increases, the Pampas Grass will become more and more fluffy. As shown in the figure, the dried Pampas Grass on the upper layer are obviously fluffer than the fresh Pampas Grass on the lower layer.

You can put the fluffy pampas grass under the sun for 2 hours to make it fluffy before use. It is normal about shedding because it is natural dried plant. Shedding will be minimal once you place in vase.
